METHOD FOR DESIGNING OF LRR FUSION PROTEIN

PURPOSE: A method for designing an LRR(Leucine Rich Repeat) fusion protein is provided to design an LRR fusion protein by using the degree of sequence similarity of a connected repetition module included in respectively different LRR proteins. CONSTITUTION: A pair of successive repetition modules is selected from LRR family protein based on the calculated similarity value. A pair of successive repetition modules indicates the highest similarity value. A structure of the LRR family protein is arranged in the successive repetition modules of the LRR family protein. The structure of the fusion protein is expected. A sequence is optimized based on the expected fusion protein structure.
