PURPOSE: A multiple channels using apparatus of a small base station and method thereof are provided to increase the transmission rates of the small base station by calculating available power for channels of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal recognition unit(10) grasps a signal of terminals or an adjacent small base station and transmission and reception signals for the terminals within a small base station cell. A power calculation unit(20) calculates available power for the channel of the recognized terminal or the recognized adjacent small base station. A compatibility determination unit(40) determines whether a channel including searched minimum available power is applied to the small base station. When the minimum transmission rates are satisfied, a band combination unit(50) combines the channels using a channel bonding method.
