PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for measuring indoor locations using an AP(Access Point) are provided to measure a building floor where a subscriber locates by providing a grade constant to the AP. CONSTITUTION: A level classification unit(230) classifies a plurality of AP information collected from a location of a communication terminal according to each level. A location confirmation unit(240) a grade constant to the classified AP information based on the signal strength of the AP. The location confirmation unit calculates the total of the grade constants according to each level. The location confirmation unit determines the location of the communication terminal.
