PURPOSE: A virtual call center operation method, system, and smart phone therefor are provided to automatically distinguish ARS(Automatic Response Services) in a communication channel connection point between a smart phone and an ARS server. CONSTITUTION: A service determination module(330) constitutes ARS request information including one or more information which is necessary for executing the ARS of a user. A recognition code determination module(335) determines an ARS recognition code. A recognition code transmission module(340) transmits DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) matched with an ARS recognition code through a communication channel connected to the ARS server.
