METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SOLAR CELL BY ELECTROCHEMICALLY ETCHING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell using an electrochemical etching method is provided to considerably reduce power consumption of the solar cell by manufacturing a second electrode with high conductivity materials. CONSTITUTION: A base material formed with doped silicon is provided(S10). The upper part of the base material is transformed into a first porous silicon layer(S20). The lower part of the base material is transformed into a second porous silicon layer(S30). The first porous silicon layer is transformed into a recrystallized layer(S40). An emitter layer is formed on the recrystallized layer(S60). An anti-reflection film is formed on the emitter layer(S70). A first electrode is formed on the anti-reflection film(S80). The second porous silicon layer is separated from the recrystallized layer(S90). A second electrode is formed on the lower part of the recrystallized layer(S100).
