The element has an adsorption unit e.g. activated carbon, arranged in a region (2) i.e. adsorption zone, of a closed hollow space for adsorption and desorption of a working medium e.g. methanol. A capillary receiving unit is arranged in another region (3) i.e. evaporator zone, of the space for condensation and evaporation of the medium. One of the regions stays in thermal exchange with exchanger pipes i.e. flat pipes, where heat-containing fluid passes through the pipes. Discrete switching valves (6) are associated to the hollow element. The fluid is conducted into the pipes via the valves. |
