<p>PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition, a color filter using the same, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to improve sensitivity and chemical resistance characteristic in case of forming a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, an alkali soluble resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. The colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes 0.01 to 5 mass% of an azo compound, 0.01 to 5 mass% of a mercapto compound, and 1 to 10 mass% of an epoxy compound. The azo compound is one or more selected from a group including 2,2'-azobis(2-methyl butyronitrile), 2,2'-azobis(iso butyronitrile), 2,2'-azobis(2,4-dimethyl valeronitrile), 2,2'-azobis-2-hydroxymethyl propionitrile, dimethyl 2,2'-azobis(2-methyl propionate), 2,2'-azobis(4-methoxy-2,4-dimethyl valeronitrile), 1,1'-azobis(cyclohexane-1-carbonitrile), 2,2'-azobis(N-(2-prophenyl)-2-methyl propion amide), 1-((1-cyano-1-methylethyl)azo) formamide, 2,2'-azobis(N-butyl-2-methyl propion amide), and 2,2'-azobis(N-cyclohexyl-2-methyl propion amide).</p> |
