<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a seal part capable of preventing the irregularity of the seal surface pressure of the seal part, which is formed by integrally molding a gasket comprising a rubbery elastic material along with a film like, sheetlike or plate-shaped base material, or an increase in size in a lamination direction at the time of lamination with a partner material and capable of also preventing the occurrence of molding failure in a gasket molding process. <P>SOLUTION: The film like, sheetlike or plate-shaped base material 11 is set between the split molds 41 and 42 of a mold 4 and is clamped, and the cavity 43 formed between the surface of the base material 11 and the inner surface of the split mold 42 opposed thereto is filled with a molding rubber material through a gate 44, while the cavity 43 is vented through the air vent hole 45 opened at the confluent position of the molding rubber material in the cavity 43 so as to spaced apart from the mating surface 42a of the split mold 42 with the base material 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
