PURPOSE: A system for collecting, recycling, and tracking a product such as a golf ball and a method thereof are provided to supply information about stream designation to a user after an incentive reward and collected products are recycled, thereby promoting recycling of the collected products. CONSTITUTION: Tracking elements for identifying collected products are designated in the collected products and tracking element data are stored in a computer(200). The tracking element data are inputted to a computer program(300). An incentive reward related to the collected products is calculated by the computer program. The reward to delivered to a user(400). Designation data after intended recycling are received from the computer program.
