<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film which deposits less oligomer even through heat treatment processing, has good transparency, is optically excellent, that is, does not lower the quality of an image when it is used as a base film for optics such as LCD (for example, for a diffusion plate, a prism sheet, a reflective plate or the like), PDP, organic EL, and a base material for an electronic paper, has less color deviation when a polarized light passes through it, and has good adhesiveness to a hard coat layer. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated polyester film does not substantially contain antimony element, and is provided with a coating layer on at least one face of a polyester film oriented in at least uniaxial direction. The laminated polyester film for optics is characterized in that the coating layer comprises an organic compound containing a metal element and a binder polymer of respectively ≥10 wt.%, and that the ratio of changing of a film haze (ΔH) is ≤5% when the surface of the coating layer is coated with methyl ethyl ketone and after drying it, before and after heat treatment for 10 minutes at 180°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
