<p>The device has rotor blades (6) pivotably fastened around a horizontal axis by joints (61). A centroid of the rotor blades is provided above the joints. The rotor blades are perpendicularly aligned without outer force effects. The rotor blades with an outer edge rest at parts of rotor frames (5, 51). A sub-frame has a running rail (11) at an upper side. The running rail runs circular and centrically around a rotor axle (31). Running rollers are arranged at a lower side of the frames, and run on the rail. A device (3) for receiving and converting rotational energy is arranged within the frames.</p> |
