PURPOSE: A diagnostic strip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent air gap of a membrane pad and to enable easy diagnosis without a skilled labor and a special machine. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic strip(10) comprises: a narrow rectangular support(190) formed of an adhesive plastic material; a sample pad(110) and a conjugate pad(130) which are arranged from one side to the other side on the support; a membrane pad(150), a filter pad(140), and an adsorption pad(170) with porosity. The filter pad is formed of cotton fiber, glass microfiber, synthetic fiber, or cellulose fiber. The sample pad contains a hemolytic agent such as Triton-X 100 or PVA(polyvinyl alcohol). The conjugate pad contains a marker. The marker contains a magnetic bead, a fluorescent substance, colloidal cold particles, or a color plastic bead.
