PURPOSE: A point management server and a method thereof are provided to enable a member store to enable a management company to give a cachback point to a customer with a low cost through a virtual loan for the cashback point. CONSTITUTION: A loan application receipt unit(205) receives load application information about a cashback point from an affiliated member store. A customer earns the cachback point according to a payment of the customer. An interest rate setting unit(210) sets up a load interest rate for a cash value of the cashback point. A loan interest charging unit(225) charges the affiliated member store for interest payments according to the set interest rate.
