PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing pyridone derivative compounds, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isomer, solvate, or hydrate thereof is provided to effectively prevent or treat cognitive disorder-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pyridone derivative compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isomer, solvate, or hydrate thereof is denoted by chemical formula I or II. In chemical formulas I or II, A is halo, amino, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkinyl, C3-C7 cyclo alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C6-C12 aralkoxy, C6-C12 aryl oxy, C1-C6 alkyl thio, C6-C12 aralkyl thio, C6-C12 aryl thio, C1-C6 alkyl sulfonyl or C2-C10 heteroaryl-substituted C6-C12 aryl. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cognitive disorder contains therapeutically effective amount of pyridine derivative compounds, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isomer, solvate, or hydrate thereof.
