CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sales server(20) determines the investment amount of a customer by referring to a desired new vehicle. The vehicle sales server determines loss rates for the investment amount based on the price of an old vehicle. The vehicle sales server transmits customer information and the determined investment amount to a fund subscription server(30). The fund subscription server admits permitted customers into a specific fund.
