PURPOSE: A sample stirring device with stirring performance improved by obtaining rolling rotary motion is provided to improve the inspection accuracy of a soil specimen, to reduce time required for stirring, and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A sample stirring device with stirring performance improved by obtaining rolling rotary motion comprises a stirring tank(110), a rotation driving unit(130), and a controlling unit(150). The stirring tank comprises an accommodating space which top is opened for inserting and embedding a specimen container and stirs a specimen by roll-rotating in a forward direction of a reverse direction. The rotation driving unit supplied driving force required for roll-rotating the stirring tank. The controlling unit controls the operation of the rotation driving unit, thereby controlling the roll-rotation number and a rotation period being required for the stirring tank.
