PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat sink made of magnesium alloy is provided to improve processing density by preventing a pin hole. CONSTITUTION: External dies(52a,52b,52c,52d,52e) are cylindrical. An inner die(58) has front cavities corresponding to a cross section of a heat sink. An extrusion plate(50) presses a billet to the inner die. The billet is loaded on one side of the inner die. A forming member(56) is installed along the inner sides of outer dies. |
