PURPOSE: A distribution management apparatus of a product sale system is provided to effectively respond to the conversion of a delivery situation by creating a product delivery list based on product delivery rules. CONSTITUTION: An order information collecting unit(110) collects the order information of each product including order quantities. A stock information storage unit(120) stores the stock information of each product including stock quantities. An event monitoring unit(150) monitors a product order request, a product order cancel request, and a product return request event in real time. A product stock management unit(160) updates the stock information of each product stored in the stock information storage unit.
