PURPOSE: A mobile eco system according to user characteristics and service providing method thereof are provided to offer accurate information to the operation of a social network by providing the social network of closed groups including the information of the user characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal requests skin files by connecting to a service providing server(S110). The service providing server transmits the requested skin files to the portable terminal(S140). The user terminal establishes the transmitted skin files as background images. The user terminal operates a service execution application(S210). The user terminal requests permission to connect to the service providing server(S230).
