PURPOSE: A member ship service providing method using a wireless access point and a system thereof are provided to permit the connection of a wireless access point through user membership information and conveniently supply corresponding service information to a user. CONSTITUTION: A service providing unit(140) receives membership information of a user from a mobile terminal(10) of the user entering into a network access service area of a wireless AP(Access Point)(120). The service providing unit compares the membership information with pre-stored member information. The service providing unit permits wireless AP access to the mobile terminal. The service providing unit transmits the corresponding membership service information to the mobile terminal.
