PURPOSE: A system, apparatus, and method for providing remote support services are provided to offer client counseling services to clients using a two-way communication service. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) receives parameter conditions according to a network by responding to the transmission of network information. The terminal selects parameters for transmitting a screen. The terminal controls the screen according to the selected parameter. A server(200) transmits the suitable parameter condition for the network from a network parameter condition table to the terminal based on the network information. The server remotely controls the terminal by transmitting and receiving the screen based on the selected parameter condition.
