<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to secure visibility of a touch panel in order to be applied with various products while making a touch panel be slim and weight. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is formed in PC(PolyCarbonate) or PMMA(PolyMethyl MethAcrylate). A niobium oxide layer(22), a silicon oxide layer(25), and an indium tin oxide layer(30) are successively evaporated in one side of a substrate. A hard coating layer(20a) is formed in one side of the substrate. A substrate of the PC is processed in ion beam in order to reduce resistance variation rate through the stabilization of an ITO thin film.</p> |
