In making boxes by folding blanks, the fold lines are heated by high frequency heating during bending. The invention is described in connection with a box formed by end wall blanks secured to flanges on the front and back walls and the base, all of which are constituted by a single blank. The end walls may be secured by rivets or by glue, which latter may be cured by high frequency heating. A flanged lid may be similarly formed. |
