The invention relates to a runnability component of a paper machine adapted to reduce separation of a web from a wire transiting the pocket space between drying cylinders, the component comprising a transverse frame structure and at least one aluminum straight profile having a blow nozzle with a slot extending transversely, the profile being fastened to the frame structure. The profile is attached to the frame structure by methodology which avoids generation of excessive heat, thereby eliminating warping and bending of the straight profile during assembly and enhancing blow nozzle efficiency.
