PURPOSE: A solar light electricity generating device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the size of an area of a light absorbing layer, thereby increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of grooves is formed on a substrate. The substrate comprises a base substrate and a pattern layer(120). The pattern layer is arranged on the base substrate. Grooves are formed on the pattern layer. A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on inner sides of the grooves. A light absorbing layer(300) is arranged on the inner sides of the grooves on the rear electrode layer. A window layer is arranged in the inner sides of the grooves on the light absorbing layer. |
