PURPOSE: A water supply device is provided to easily set parameters required for performing a steady terminal pressure control. CONSTITUTION: A water supply device comprises a pump, an electric motor, a variable speed control member, a current detecting member, a memory, and a target pressure setting member, and a controlling member. The electric motor drives the pump and the variable speed control member drives the electric motor at a variable speed. The current detecting member detects a value of the current flowing to the electronic motor from the variable speed control member. The target pressure setting member detects the pressure of an outlet of the pump. The memory memorizes a rated current value being set according to a rotary speed of the electronic motor. The target pressure setting member generates a relational expression expressing a relation between target pressure and water consumption. The controlling member controls the variable speed controlling member so that the pressure detected by the pressure detecting member by using the relation expression generated by the target pressure setting member becomes the target pressure with respect to the water usage.
