PURPOSE: A smart outlet and a small power control managing system using the same are provided to connect distributively installed electric devices each other, thereby building one integrated small power control managing system. CONSTITUTION: A communication module unit(22) communicates with an external device. A power monitoring unit(23) measures instantaneous power which is consumed by a load device connected to a socket(29). A power control unit(24) controls power supplied to the load device. An ID setting unit(25) sets an intrinsic ID. A power supply unit(28) converts external AC power into DC power. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(21) transmits an instantaneous power measuring value to an external device according to a signal received from the communication module unit or controls power supplied to the load device.
