摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with a phase transition type indium tin oxide transparent conductive film as an electrode, an organic light emitting display device, and a touch screen are provided to prevent abrasion of materials of a lower portion by using a transparent conductive film as an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode comprises a transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film includes indium, tin, and gallium. The content of tin atoms is 3.5 to 11 atom% of the sum of indium atoms and tin atoms. The content of gallium atoms is 0.7 to 7 atom% of the sum of the indium atoms, the tin atoms, and the gallium atoms. A phase transition type indium tin oxide transparent conductive film has phase transition features on a crystalline structure.
