RESTORATION STABILITY EXPRESSION METHOD THAT USE THIRD DIMENSION VESSEL MODEL

PURPOSE: A method for visualizing restoration stability using a 3D vessel model is provided to visualize restoration stability by hydrostatics based on a 3D vessel shape model, thereby enabling a user to intuitively recognize a 3D shape and easily understand a computer calculation result. CONSTITUTION: 3D shape information of a ship is generated(S100). Hydrostatics restoration stability is calculated by the 3D shape information according to an inclined angle of the ship(S200). Information about the restoration stability is displayed using a result of calculating hydrostatics restoration power(S300). The 3D shape information is partially displayed in other colors to change the center of gravity of each part of the ship.
