IMAGE COMPOSING APPARATUS AND METHOD

PURPOSE: An image combining device and a method thereof are provided to adjust a pixel value of a selected image, thereby naturally combining an object and a background in the set image without signs. CONSTITUTION: An image selecting unit(110) selects a specific area of a source image as a selected image. The specific area includes an object and the background of the object. An image combining unit(120) combines the selected image with a target image. The image combining unit adjusts a pixel value of the selected image in consideration of a location identification factor, a pixel value of a boundary area of the selected image, a pixel value of the selected area, and a pixel value of the target image. The location identification factor shows the degree at which a location of the pixel inclines the object or the background of the object.
