PURPOSE: A titanium alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a titanium alloy with improved corrosion resistance by uniformly dispersing palladium in the titanium alloy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a titanium alloy comprises the steps of: preparing a palladium mixture by mixing sodium chloride with palladium chloride aqueous solution(S101), adding zerovalent iron to the palladium mixture(S103), removing sodium chloride from the palladium mixture(S105), dipping a titanium sponge in the palladium solution and rinsing the titanium sponge with distilled water(S107), drying the titanium sponge with palladium(S109), and melting the dried titanium sponge(S111). |
