PURPOSE: A reservation server is provided to read profile information about a person who reserves only if the reservation server newly obtains the latest address information when an expiration date of address information passes. CONSTITUTION: If there is not a problem, a CPU of a reservation server registers a reservation(S110,S120). If there is an additional vacancy in a golf course of a reservation target on a date and time to play, the CPU searches for past reservation information about a subscriber(S130,S135). The CPU searches a reservation database of a memory unit for a mail transmission target person(S140). The CPU deletes a target person who does not want information connection in a group of the mail transmission target persons(S145). |
