PURPOSE: An emotion based area recommendation method and apparatus thereof are provided to analyze the emotion of users by analyzing sensing information collected by one or more terminals. CONSTITUTION: A database(220) maps sensing information collected by one or more terminals to the ID(Identification) of individual users. The database stores the mapped information. An individual emotion analyzer(240) analyzes sensing information collected from the location of the users. A group emotion analyzer(250) analyzes emotion statistics results of the users who locate in the same area.
