PURPOSE: A sensor and a method for detecting a target virus and analyzing mutation site are provided to simultaneously detect genotype of the virus. CONSTITUTION: A sensor for detecting a target gene and analyzing mutant of the target gene contains a thin membrane transducer conjugated with two or more polynucleotides selected among: a first polynucleotide of 14-40 mers, containing a target gene-complementary sequence; a second polynucleotide of 14-40 mers, containing the complementary sequence; and a third polynucleotide of 14-40 mers, containing the complementary sequence.
