<p>PURPOSE: Ink for inkjet recording device is provided to prevent generation of image defects. CONSTITUTION: Ink for inkjet recording devices comprises water, pigment dispersion and a permeating agent. The pigment dispersion comprises a resin having a molecular weight of 60000 or higher and 150000 or less. The permeating agent comprises C8-9 alkanediol. The content of the alkanediol is 0.2 mass% or greater based on the total mass of the ink. 4-8 mass% of the pigment is contained based on the total mass of the ink. 4-8 mass %. The alkanediol is one or more selected from 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol, 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol and 1,2- octanediol.</p> |
