PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial stones is provided to implement artificial landscape of high structures such as the alpine areas or peculiar shaped rocks and cliffs by constructing the artificial stone with light weight materials having high durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial stones(20) comprises the following steps: spreading synthetic resin on the surface of natural stones and solidifying thereof; separating the solidified mold and injecting kneaded product into the mold to remove bubbles; separating the kneaded products from the mold and completing an artificial stones by solidifying thereof; partially modifying the artificial stone with the light weight kneaded product and painting pigment and drying thereof; and painting a water soluble binder on the outside of the artificial stones and desiccating thereof. The manufacturing method of the artificial stones additionally includes the following steps: cleaning the surfaces of the natural stones before the molding step. The molding step comprises the following steps: spreading the surfaces of the natural stones with gel type silicon; and mixing fibrous substrate between the silicones and solidifying thereof. |
