摘要 PURPOSE: An offshore wind power structure having a steel pipe foundation and a construction method thereof are provided to be reused by easily replacing a nacelle while applying a concrete tower structure. CONSTITUTION: An offshore wind power structure having a steel pipe foundation comprises a steel pipe pile(140), a foundation connection(150), a tower(110), berthing and inspection facilities(160), and a apparatus for connecting a steel pipe pile. The steel pipe pile is fixed under the sea. The foundation connection is precast, and connected to an upper part of the steel pipe pile. The foundation connection comprises a concrete spread foundation, a tower foundation, a steel pipe pile foundation, and a work hole. The tower foundation is installed in the center of the concrete spread foundation. The steel pipe pile foundation is connected to a lower part of the concrete spread foundation. The work hole is penetrated through the concrete spread foundation.
