PURPOSE: A community creation method and apparatus thereof are provided to determine a final community related to the purpose and intention of members by comparing a satisfaction level between communities. CONSTITUTION: Context information related to first members is collected(S2310). A goal list which the first members want to achieve goals and an ability list which the first members provide are derived based on the context information(S2320). Second members are searched(S2330). The second members have a purpose corresponding to one or more abilities in the ability list or have the ability corresponding to one or more purposes in the purpose list.
