<p>PURPOSE: A driving circuit of a vibrator is provided to output stable voltage amplitude by reducing a change of an alternating voltage being applied to an electricity-mechanical energy converting element when a resonant frequency of a vibrator is changed in driving a device. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit of a vibrator generates vibration in a vibrator comprising at least an elastic body and an electricity-mechanical energy converting element by applying an alternating voltage to the electricity-mechanical energy converting element being fixed to the elastic body. The driving circuit of the vibrator comprises an inductor(102) and a capacitor(103). The inductor and the capacitor are serially connected to the electricity-mechanical energy converting element. A series resonant frequency caused by the inductor and the capacitor is fs and a resonant frequency of the vibrator is fm. The fs is satisfied with this; 0.73*fm < fs < 1.2*fm.</p> |
