PURPOSE: A multi-tap safety cover is provided to slide a sliding cover along with a guide groove to open/close an opening of an outlet, thereby minimizing an installation space of the cover. CONSTITUTION: A cover guide groove(2b) is formed on an upper end of an opening(2a) of an outlet(2). A cover receiving unit(2c) is connected from one end of the cover guide groove to a side of the cover guide groove. Cover handle fixing grooves(2d,2e) are formed on a boundary portion in an inlet of the cover receiving unit and the central portion of a guide groove opposite to the inlet of the cover receiving unit. The cover guide groove has a synthetic material sheet shape.
