PURPOSE: A health system for disease prevention and a method for early managing disease prevention are provided to process data received from at least one sensor, thereby identifying at least one read value based on the received data. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring application interface(211) receives data from at least one sensor(205) located on a patient. A sensor data processor(214) processes the data received from one or more sensors to identify at least one read value based on the received data. An event analyzer(218) processes at least one read value to generate an event. A patient notify machine(219) notifies the event to the patient.
