PURPOSE: A integrated building data collecting device and a method thereof are provided to connect to a remote control system only by connecting an existing BAS(Building Automation System)/BEMS(Building Energy Management System) management environment with an information collecting client of each building even in a building having an individual management environment. CONSTITUTION: An integrated building data collecting unit includes a building object filter and CCL(Common Communication Layer) message generator. The building object filter collects, filters sensing information, and operates a BAS. The CCL message generator converts the filtered information into a CCL type. The CCL message generator transmits the converted information to a remote building control server(140).
