LED Lighting system for clean room

摘要

PURPOSE: An LED system for a clean room is provided to maintain a long lifetime by using an LED as a light source. CONSTITUTION: A frame(20) includes an opening. A back cover(60) includes substrate with LEDs. The LEDs emit light to the clean room. The back cover is detachably installed in the frame. A diffusion plate(30) is installed in the frame to seal the opening.
