PURPOSE: A dust removal device of synthetic resin materials is provided to minimize power consumption and noise occurrence by removing dust using a small amount of compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A dust removal device of synthetic resin materials comprises a body for dust removal device(10), a transfer pipe and an air amplifier. The body for dust removal device comprises a source supplying unit(120), an input regulation tool(130), an electrostatic removing tool(140), a chamber(160) and an inclined plate(180). The source supplying unit forms a feed hopper(124), and the synthetic resin material is put into the source supplying unit. The input regulation tool is located at the downstream of the feed hopper. The electrostatic removing tool is located at the downstream of the input regulation tool. In the chamber, the synthetic resin material is passed through. A vent(182) is formed in the inclined plate. One end of the transfer pipe is installed having predetermined distance from the outlet to the upwards. The air amplifier uses compressed air in order to escort the dust through the transfer pipe to a dust collector(70). |
