PURPOSE: A portable wireless and wired sharing device is provided to change various ports and a wired LAN port into one standard port by using a connection gender for connecting a switch module. CONSTITUTION: A sharing device module(110) shares a wired LAN port connected to an outer internet network. The sharing device module performs control for wireless telecommunication with the outer internet network. One or more terminals located within a wireless coverage of the sharing device module wirelessly communicate with the sharing device module by using a private internet protocol. The sharing device module connects data transmitted/received to/from a terminal to the outer internet network through a wired LAN port(130). The wired LAN port connected to a connection gender(120) is changed into a standard port(170) by the connection gender.
