PURPOSE: A remote monitoring camera system for monitoring while moving in case with a transparent window is provided to monitor an image and a sound of the entire security area while the monitoring camera moves and concentratedly monitor an accident area, thereby quickly coping with a disaster and an accident. CONSTITUTION: A setup unit sets a transparent window(8) on a case body(1) in which a body guide unit and a gear unit(2) are installed. A configuration unit rotates a monitoring camera body gear unit(3) through a camera body driving motor(6) to freely move a monitoring camera body(11) in a case body(1). The monitoring camera body gear unit is engaged with the gear unit. A microphone unit monitors a camera image and simultaneously monitors a sound of a corresponding area while moving.
