PURPOSE: A micro drill clamp and a small workpiece jig device are provided to grip the center of the small workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A small workpiece jig device comprises a snap ring(1-1), a guide hole(1-2), a guide pin(1-3), and a fixing plate. A triangular jaw grips the wokrpieces while the workpices are pressed with an inclined plane by thrust. The diameter of a processed article is changed depending on the shape of the center.
