PURPOSE: A pressure pipe creep penalty application method for calibrating a neutron overpower detector is provided to efficiently manage a nuclear reactor using linear equations. CONSTITUTION: A pressure pipe creep penalty application method comprises the steps of: inputting status and full power day information of a nuclear reactor to an input part(S10), calculating a pressure pipe creep penalty from the full power day information(S20), displaying the calculated pressure pipe creep penalty(S30), and calibrating a neutron overpower detector using the pressure pipe creep penalty(S40).
