PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to improve the operation reliability of the semiconductor integrated circuit by precharging a plurality of oscillation signals with a preset level in a precharge mode. CONSTITUTION: A precharge signal generating unit(350) precharges a plurality of oscillation signals with a preset level in a precharge mode. A first storage unit stores a first precharge oscillation signal in response to a reference oscillation signal. A feedback unit feeds back the first precharge oscillation signal stored in the first storage unit. A second storage unit stores a second precharge oscillation signal corresponding to an output signal of the feedback unit in response to a reference oscillation signal. The precharge signal output unit outputs a precharge signal in response to the first and second precharge oscillation signals. |
