PURPOSE: A wind power generation apparatus is provided to prevent noise and vibration by positioning a power generation turbine unit inside a housing. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation apparatus comprises a housing(10), a blade unit(20), and a power generation unit. Outer fluids flows through an inflow hole(11) of the housing. The blade unit is connected to the housing by a connecting unit(15). The pressure difference between the inside and outside is generated by the fluids flowing through the outside of the blade unit. The blade unit discharges the fluids to the outside. The generating part is installed inside the housing unit. The power generation unit installed inside the housing generates electricity by the fluids from the inflow hole.
